Moditech srl has a consolidated experience in Facility Management, formed over time through projects and provision of services to industrial customers and prestigious public and private buildings. With the Facility Management service of Moditech srl, the customer can delegate the integrated management of auxiliary services and activities not related to his core business, such as the Engineering of Works and Plant Maintenance services. Feasibility studies and system planning are
carried out to support the services from the construction phase to the management phase.
All project-related activities, from the analysis of the technical and economic needs of customers to the executive project of the work, are part of the engineering of the works. Moditech srl provides for a structured design which, starting from the feasibility study, allows the precise identification of costs and technological choices up to the executive project of the work or service including the plan of activities, resources, technical specifications and everything with regard to safety on the workplace.
MECHANICAL AND INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE
Moditech srl holds multi-year maintenance contracts both in the steel industry and in the automation sector, guaranteeing the operation and preventive, scheduled and extraordinary maintenance of systems serving the property, thermomechanical systems, electrical and special systems such as transformation cabins MT / BT, UPS and uninterruptible power supplies, low
voltage and medium voltage switchboards, secondary area switchboards, lighting bodies, goods sorting systems in the field of large distribution and baggage handling in the airport field, fielding high-profile professional skills technical.

La Moditech srl ha una consolidata esperienza nel Facility Management, formatasi nel tempo attraverso progetti ed erogazione di servizi a clienti industriali e a prestigiosi building pubblici e privati.
Con il servizio di Facility Management di Moditech srl, il cliente può delegare la gestione integrata dei servizi ausiliari e le attività non attinenti al proprio core business, come i servizi di Ingegneria delle Opere e della Manutenzione degli Impianti. Vengono realizzati studi di fattibilità e progettazione impiantistica a supporto dei servizi dalla Fase realizzativa alla Fase di gestione.
Tutte le attività a carattere progettuale, dall’analisi delle esigenze tecniche ed economiche dei clienti al progetto esecutivo dell’opera, fanno parte dell’ingegneria delle opere. La Moditech srl prevede una progettazione strutturata che, a partire dallo studio di fattibilità, consentono l’identificazione puntuale dei costi e delle scelte tecnologiche sino al progetto esecutivo dell’opera o del servizio includendo il piano delle attività, delle risorse, capitolati tecnici e tutto quanto concerne la sicurezza in ambito lavorativo.
MANUTENZIONI MECCANICHE E INDUSTRIALI
La Moditech srl detiene contratti di manutenzione pluriennali sia nel settore della Siderurgia che nel settore dell’Automazione, garantendo l’esercizio e la manutenzione preventiva, programmata e straordinaria di impianti a servizio dell’immobile, impianti termomeccanici, impianti elettrici e speciali come Cabine trasformazione MT/BT, UPS e gruppi di continuità, Quadri di bassa tensione e media tensione, Quadri secondari di zona, Corpi illuminanti, impianti di smistamento merci nel campo della grande distribuzione e smistamento bagagli nel campo aeroportuale, mettendo in campo capacità professionale di elevato profilo tecnico.
