The report should cover the commission or attempts to commit any of the crimes outlined in Legislative Decree 8 June 2001, no. 231, titled ‘Regulations on the administrative responsibility of legal persons, companies, and associations, even those lacking legal personality, in accordance with Article 11 of the law of 29 September 2000, no. 300’. This includes violations or fraudulent circumvention of the Organizational and Management Model and/or the Ethical Code of Moditech S.r.l.
