ISO 37001 ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY

Furthermore, MODITECH SRL establishes, pursuant to the regulatory provisions on the subject of the c.d. whistleblowing applicable to it, specific provisions on the management of reports of unlawful conduct or significant irregularities, in particular, pursuant to the Code of Ethics, and the supplementary measures of the latter regarding the prevention of corruption and the UNI ISO 37001 standard: 2016.
